The Real Denver

You might have noticed how Denver was popping up all over TV recently. Not just for the playoff bound Nuggets, or the Bronco headquarters, but also for the most recent location of MTV's The Real World. The seven strangers who we all grew to love, well at least, who we found secretly entertaining, have left their mark on the Mile High City. By now, the cast has packed up and moved on, probably to LA to try their luck at "acting". However, the city of Denver might never be the same. Many restaurants, bars and clubs where the roommates frequented, have all seen an increase in business since the show aired. Couldn't quite make out the sign for that one lounge? You meant to write down the name of that darn restaurant, but somehow you forgot. Well, not to worry, this is your official guide to what's hot in Denver, Real World style.

Clubs, Bars and Lounges

During "Reggae on the Roof" Tyrie tried to meet both Ashley and Jazelle here on the same night! Rookie mistake.

This is the high-class, airplane themed lounge, where Tyree runs into Ashley and pisses off Jazalle. Ashley was also a waitress here during the taping. Pay special attention to the extravagant travel related details, such as international music and video footage, and waitresses dressed in sexy stewardess outfits serving bottles from an airplane like push cart.

Remember when Jen and (Stephen's friend) Darnell first started making out?

Perhaps, Brooke's fave drink spot, this is where she met up with her "Sushi Man".

The roomies loved the rooftop deck here, especially for daytime drinking. It could have had something to do with the fact that it was located directly next door to their Downtown pad.

Monark was another popular clubbin' spot for the roommates. Some memorable occasions here were when; Tyrie met Ashley, and Jen met John (one of her many hookups).

Who could forget the infamous moment when Davis goes off about the not so attractive traits of all his female roommates?

For those true Real World junkies, you gotta check out this new spot opening in August. They took over the Real World Denver house and turned it into a lounge!

This bar was another favorite hangout among the roommates. You might recall the showdown between Jen and her boyfriend, Jared starting here. Or at least when Davis spills all that top-secret info about Jen, to Jared, while standing in front of the bathrooms.

The roommates may not have had the most memorable of nights here, but these other hot nightlife sites are still worth noting:

Stephen and his friend Darnell ate breakfast here, while discussing whether Darnell should have sex with Jen.

Tyree and Jazalle tried to patch things up. While eating here, they discussed Tyree's arrest. Jen also danced on the bar here.

Jen and her boyfriend, Jared, shared a steamy make out session at this sushi restaurant.
